// 01 The Story

Lake town,
small-town pulse.

Downtown runs a few walkable blocks. People know each other here — generations of them — and the water is the center of gravity. Buyers tell me the same thing over and over: it feels settled, safe, and a little charmed.

In 2025, public access to the lake opened at Lower Millennium Plaza Park, after the city chose not to fight the court ruling. Anyone can now get on the water from the park steps.

Formally recognized neighborhood associations, per the City of Lake Oswego Neighborhood Association Program. Not sure which ones fit how you live? That's what the tour is for.

// Lake Days

The lake isn't scenery.
It's the lifestyle.

Summer weekends mean paddleboards at sunrise, kayaks crossing the water, and boats out for the July 4th fireworks. Winter is quieter: fireplaces, neighborhood dinners, the lake glassy under the fog.

The lake belongs to the whole town now. Since public access opened at Lower Millennium Plaza Park, getting on the water is no longer something you buy into — it's part of living here.

// 04 The Path to Keys

Four moves to the keys.

01

Get your financing in order

A pre-approval tells you the number — and in this market, it tells sellers you're real.

02

Pick your neighborhood

Walkable Old Town or wooded Westlake, lake views or a quiet cul-de-sac. We'll map the options together.

03

Tour with a local

I know the streets, the setbacks, and the difference between a view and a water view.

04

Offer, inspect, close

A clear offer, a sharp inspector, and a closing that lands you the keys.
